We own an estate of seven public houses (including a hotel and microbrewery) across central Scotland.

Our units are managed by Caledonian Heritable Limited which is based in Edinburgh and is the owner and operator of around 300 bars, restaurants, and nightclubs throughout the UK. Their flagship units include The Theatre Royal, Ryan’s Bar and The Dome in Edinburgh and their portfolio also includes the Archerfield golf and holiday complex in East Lothian.

Share Auction details

The company’s shares can be traded on a matched bargain basis on the Asset match share trading platform. Auctions in the company’s shares are held monthly and normally close at 4pm on the last Thursday of each month unless otherwise stated.
